Shipping Policy – Arova

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing Time  
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time  
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:  
- Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India  
- Remote locations may take slightly longer  

Shipping Charges  
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India  
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional charge of ₹50–₹100  

Partial COD Orders  
For COD orders, a ₹150 advance payment is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount is payable at delivery.

International Shipping  
We ship worldwide.  
- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout  
- Delivery timelines vary based on destination  

Order Tracking  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to stay updated on your delivery.

Delivery Attempts  
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as undelivered.

Delays  
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery (RTO)  
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:  
- Re-dispatch will be done only after shipping charges are paid in advance
