Returns & Exchanges – Arova

We want you to love what you wear from Arova. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return/Exchange Window  
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items  
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

When can you request a return/exchange?  
We’ll happily assist you if:  
- You received a wrong product  
- The item arrived damaged or defective  
- The product size doesn’t match the measurements mentioned on our website  
- You received a different size than what you ordered  

Please note:  
A slight variation of 1–2 cm in measurements can occur and is completely normal.

Exchanges  
- We offer one-time exchange per order  
- Exchanges depend on product availability  

Refunds  
- We currently offer exchange or store credit only  
- Refunds are not available  

Pickup Process  
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup for you  
- A small pickup fee will be deducted  

For damaged or incorrect items  
- Please share an unboxing video so we can quickly verify and resolve your issue  

Sale Items  
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange  

For COD orders  
- In applicable cases, amounts will be processed via UPI/bank transfer

Processing Time  
Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange will be processed within 2–5 business days.
